| 10th or equivalent exam passed with Science & English as compulsory subjects with minimum aggregate 45% marks (40% for reserved category). - All original certificates of 10th & onwards.
- Original Caste Certificate (If applicable).
- Original Domicile Certificate (If applicable).
- Original Migration Certificate.
- Self attested photocopies of the above certificates.
- Original College/ School Leaving Certificate (C/S LC)/ Transfer Certificate.
- 6 colored recent passport size photographs.
